TTM Learn
See the workforce taking shape
AI is bigger than the chat box. Learn to see an AI worker as a digital teammate, understand the five parts that make one useful, and design a digital workforce around real work and human accountability. Then explore what human and AI collaboration could make possible for your workforce, and bring one opportunity into a working session with TTM.
Stage 1
Understand the AI Worker
Understand: see the AI worker, not just the interface.
Six short modules reframe AI as a workforce capability, then explain the five components that turn a model into a useful digital worker.
- Why AI Is Not a Chatbot
After this you can explain why AI is a workforce capability rather than a chat interface.
about 4 minutes - Hire a Digital Teammate
After this you can explain why context, tools and training matter more than raw intelligence when you put an AI worker to work.
about 4 minutes - The Anatomy of an AI Worker
After this you can name the five components of an AI worker and explain what the brain does and where it stops.
about 4 minutes - Skills and Tools
After this you can explain the difference between a prompt and a skill, and between an AI that can think and one that can act.
about 4 minutes - Context and Memory
After this you can explain the difference between what an AI worker knows right now and what it carries forward, and brief it properly.
about 4 minutes - So What Is an Agent?
After this you can define an AI agent as the assembly of five components and name the five principles that hold as platforms change.
about 4 minutes
Stage 2
Design a Digital Workforce
Design: organize digital workers around the work that matters.
Six modules move from one worker to a human-owned team by scoping a function, defining roles, drawing the org chart, and making the work visible.
- Think Like a Manager, Not a Technologist
After this you can reframe an AI question from what the technology can do into what the work actually needs done.
about 5 minutes - Scope the Function First
After this you can scope one business function into an agent design brief using three questions.
about 4 minutes - Map Responsibilities to Agent Roles
After this you can decide which responsibilities become agent roles and what kind of agent each one is.
about 5 minutes - Design the Org Chart
After this you can arrange your agent roles into an org chart and write the job description each one needs before it goes live.
about 5 minutes - Track and Orchestrate the Work
After this you can set up a register for your agents and describe what an orchestrator does, does not do, and escalates.
about 4 minutes - Build Your First Org Chart
After this you can fill in an org chart template for one function you manage and complete the five action steps that turn it into a first agent role.
about 5 minutes
Stage 3
Human and AI Together
Collaborate: picture people and AI workers sharing the work.
Two planned modules will explore how responsibilities can sit across a human and digital team, then connect that idea to a total talent workforce program.
In development. These two modules are not written yet and have no source material, so there are no pages to open.
- Human and AI, Working TogetherIn development
After this you can describe how a real team divides work between people and AI workers, once this module is written.
In development. This module is not written yet and has no source material, so there is no page to open.
- What Becomes Possible in a Workforce ProgramIn development
After this you can picture what a workforce program that plans human and digital workers together looks like, once this module is written.

Stage 4
Get Started
Get started: bring one real opportunity into focus.
There is no next lesson in this stage. Choose a function or workforce question, then start a conversation with TTM about what could take shape.
Bring one function, workforce question, or opportunity. We will work through it with you.
Tell TTM where work slows down or where you see potential, and start the conversation.
