Total Talent Mindset LLC ("TTM," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — whether you're visiting this website or your organization uses Mindset HQ under a contracted engagement.

What we collect on our website
When you fill out a scheduling or contact form on totaltalentmindset.com, we collect your name and email address (and, if you provide it, your company). We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule a working session, or follow up on a request you made. We do not use website form data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
What we process through Mindset HQ
TTM's core product, Mindset HQ, is a Managed AI Workspace that customers use to automate and support their workforce programs. In the course of delivering that service, TTM may process:
- Business data that customers provide or connect to their workspace
- In many engagements, the customer's own workforce or personnel data (for example, program, vendor, or staffing records)
We process this data strictly as a service provider acting on our customer's documented instructions — not for our own independent purposes.
No sale or sharing of personal information
TTM does not sell or share personal information. Full stop. We do not share customer or website-visitor data with third parties for money or any other form of consideration.
Retention and deletion
When a customer's workspace engagement ends, the workspace is held dormant for up to 23 days, then closed and securely deleted within 7 days of closure — full deletion within 30 days of the engagement ending, in the ordinary course. On written request, we'll accelerate full deletion within 24 hours. Unless the law requires us to keep data longer, nothing outlasts that window.
Third-party infrastructure
Mindset HQ runs on infrastructure provided by a technology partner under contractual data protection obligations. That partner processes data only to support the services we deliver to you — it does not use your data for its own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall site traffic (for example, which pages get visited). That data is aggregate and is not used to build individual advertising profiles.
