Where we started
TTM began as a workforce consulting practice, working inside real contingent workforce, SOW, and total talent programs — not advising from the outside. That work surfaced the same pattern over and over: program teams were manually stitching together vendor data, req intake, compliance checks, and reporting because no platform on the market was built for how a workforce program actually runs.
Rather than hand that problem to another vendor, we built the platform ourselves — and kept the operating discipline that made the consulting work in the first place. That combination is Mindset HQ: real software, run by people who have actually managed a workforce program.
